Terms & Conditions of Service at Hemaxi Beauty

 

Welcome to Hemaxi Beauty Salon. By booking an appointment online, in person, or via telephone, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Deposits and Payments

·         Deposits are taken for treatments when booking online.

·         Non-Refundable Policy: All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

·         The deposit amount will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your treatment.

 

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

·         Cancellation: To cancel your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations can be made by phone, in person, email, or text message.

·         Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled without any loss of deposit or loyalty points, provided the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.

·         Missed Appointments: Failure to attend an appointment (No-Show) or cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the total loss of your deposit or a deduction of 100 points from your account.

 

3. Health and Safety (Patch Testing)

To ensure your safety and to comply with insurance requirements, patch testing is required at least 24-48 hours prior to the following treatments:

·         Waxing

·         Eyelash Extensions

·         Chemical Peels

·         Laser Treatments

 

4. Consultations and Records

·         Consultation forms are required to be read, completed, and signed for all new customers.

·         Records are updated every three months to ensure the information held is accurate and reflects any changes in health or circumstances.

 

5. Gift Cards

·         Gift cards are valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after this period will be void and cannot be extended.

 

6. Refund Policy & Feedback

·         Refund Policy: Refunds are only considered where the customer contacts the salon within 24 hours of the treatment. Contact must be made via phone, text message, email, or in person at the salon.

·         All complaints and refund requests will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

7. Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Your data is stored securely within a professional third-party salon management software.
