Before Your Treatment
- Patch Test: A patch test is mandatory before your first session. Do not shave the area before your patch test so we can assess your hair and skin suitability.
- Preparation: Ensure the area is clean and free from oils, creams, or makeup.
- Hair Removal: Avoid threading, waxing, or hair removal creams on the area being treated.
- Note: Laser treatment is not effective on grey or white hairs.
During Your Treatment
- Accessibility: You will need to undress sufficiently to allow access to the treatment area.
- Hygiene: Please ensure the skin is washed and do not apply deodorant, as it can react with the laser gel.
- Shaving: Please shave the area with a razor ahead of your appointment. If you have sensitive skin, trimming the hair is also acceptable.
- Hard-to-Reach Areas: Don’t worry about difficult spots; your therapist will assist with these in the treatment room.
Aftercare & Side Effects

- Sun Protection: Your skin will be photosensitive after treatment. It is essential to apply SPF to the treated area.
- Side Effects: It is common to experience redness, erythema (redness of the skin), or heat bumps, particularly during the first two sessions.
